Minecraft along with the forge

How does it work?

Minecraft Forge 1.16 is a system that allows downloading and installing modifications for the Vanilla version of Minecraft. It settles the field so these modifications being them mods or optimizations, can coexist without crashing the game. Without Forge, you’ll never get Minecraft to its full potential… and what potential that is!

The reason it’s so essential is that it makes mods compatible with each other, preventing them from crashing when installing in the same profile. Those characteristics make Forge the most popular and used downloader by developers.

Be aware

It’s important to remember that even with Minecraft Forge, some mods are NOT compatible and they WILL crash. We note this because when this happens, your whole profile can be corrupted. Make sure the mods you’ll install are compatible.

Of course, the fact that Minecraft works with independent profiles makes it easier to avoid this corruption issue, so if it happens in one profile, it won’t affect others. And you can create a new one.

But anyway, Forge is continuously being updated and every time it gets updates, more minecraft mods become compatible with each other, so it’s time to Forge!
